The family of Donald Hall, a World War II liberator, donated an American flag to the Museum. It was handmade by a Holocaust survivor and given to Sergeant Hall and the other soldiers of the US Army’s 83rd Infantry Division after they liberated Langenstein, a subcamp of Buchenwald.
